Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing myfrix.com or engaging MYFRIX ("we", "our", "us") for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
MYFRIX provides web development, mobile app development, SaaS development, AI automation, e-commerce, and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
3. Payments
Unless stated otherwise, projects require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Accepted methods include bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and Wise. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
4. Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Delivery times are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered assets transfers to you. MYFRIX retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing information are not the responsibility of MYFRIX.
7. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your agreement. MYFRIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Refunds
Refunds may be granted at our discretion if we cannot deliver the agreed scope. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
